Sr HR Executive

Morepen Laboratories is hiring experienced professionals for the role of Sr HR Executive for its pharmaceutical human resources operations in Medchal, Telangana, India. This full-time opportunity is suitable for candidates with 5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment management, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, HR compliance, talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR documentation, organizational development, and human resource operations.

The selected candidate will support HR management activities related to pharmaceutical business operations. Responsibilities include managing recruitment and talent acquisition activities, maintaining employee records and HR documentation systems, ensuring adherence to HR policies and compliance requirements, coordinating employee engagement and performance management programs, supporting workforce planning and organizational development activities, monitoring HR workflows and reporting systems, participating in management review meetings and HR strategy discussions, assisting in issue resolution and employee grievance handling activities, supporting training and development initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to workforce management and organizational effectiveness.
