HR Executive – Human Resources | HPM | Delhi, India

HPM is inviting applications for the position of HR Executive for its engineering operations based in Delhi, India. This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in HR operations, SAP HR coordination, employee management, recruitment support, attendance management, payroll assistance, employee engagement activities, HR documentation, onboarding coordination, and human resource administration within engineering or industrial organizations.

The selected candidate will support day-to-day human resource operations and administrative activities while ensuring smooth coordination between employees and management teams. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records and HR documentation, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, coordinating attendance and leave management systems, assisting with payroll inputs and employee database management, handling SAP HR coordination activities, preparing HR reports and MIS data, supporting employee engagement programs and internal communication, coordinating with department managers for manpower requirements, maintaining compliance-related documentation, and assisting in HR operational process improvements. Candidates should possess good communication skills, organizational abilities, and awareness of HR operational workflows and SAP-based HR systems.
