  • Prepare commercial quotations and cost sheets using approved price calculation formats and client requirement documents.
  • Draft proforma invoices and sales contracts based on confirmed product specifications and agreed commercial terms.
  • Maintain order tracking files covering confirmation dates dispatch schedules and shipment references.
  • Compile commercial documentation including agreements invoices and letter of credit files for export orders.
  • Update payment follow up records and reconcile received amounts against issued invoices.
  • Record supplier quotations and validate purchase orders against approved cost sheets.
