Core Responsibilities
- Prepare inoculum and seed cultures using fermenters, media vessels, and sterilization systems.
- Charge raw materials into bioreactors following upstream batch manufacturing records.
- Control fermentation parameters using bioreactor control panels and sensor displays.
- Collect fermentation samples and transfer them to testing areas with sample labels.
- Clean bioreactors and associated piping using cleaning in place documentation.
- Transfer harvested broth into designated holding containers.
