Core Responsibilities
- Dispense raw materials inside controlled production areas using calibrated weighing balances and approved material labels.
- Operate reactors, centrifuges, and dryers during active pharmaceutical ingredient manufacturing stages.
- Fill batch manufacturing records and equipment logbooks during each production stage.
- Perform area cleaning using validated cleaning checklists and approved solvents.
- Check equipment status tags and line clearance sheets before batch start.
- Transfer intermediate material using stainless steel containers and material movement documents.
