Core Responsibilities
- Receive raw and packing materials at the warehouse dock using inward registers and delivery challans.
- Perform material dispensing through calibrated weighing balances and dispensing bins.
- Store materials on racks and pallets following approved storage location labels.
- Prepare stock statements and inventory reports using warehouse registers and system printouts.
- Operate forklifts, pallet trucks, and material handling equipment for internal movement.
- Carry out area and utensil cleaning using cleaning checklists and logbooks.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- Weighing balances and dispensing stations.
- Warehouse racks, pallets, and material bins.
- SAP warehouse modules and inventory screens.
- Stock registers, GRN formats, and issue slips.
- Material handling equipment and cleaning tools.
Experience Context
- Work is carried out inside pharmaceutical warehouse and dispensing areas.
- Daily volume includes multiple material lots supporting injectable and OSD manufacturing.
- Without this role, material availability and batch staging would break down.
