Core Responsibilities
- Monitor API reactors, centrifuges, and dryers using batch records and control panels.
- Record batch parameters in production logbooks and electronic batch sheets.
- Charge raw materials as per approved batch cards using weighing balances.
- Observe intermediate handling through transfer notes and material tags.
- Clean equipment using defined cleaning checklists and validation documents.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- Reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and material handling equipment.
- Batch manufacturing records, logbooks, and cleaning records.
- Weighing balances, transfer tools, and charging systems.
- Process control panels and safety interlocks.
- API production SOPs and batch cards.
Experience Context
