TAYAL is inviting applications from experienced professionals for the role of Marketing Head at its Pune, Maharashtra operations. This full-time leadership opportunity is ideal for candidates with 9 to 15 years of experience in construction marketing, real estate business development, branding strategy, customer acquisition, project promotions, channel partner management, and sales-driven marketing operations within the real estate and construction sector. Candidates with prior experience working with reputed real estate developers and handling residential or commercial project marketing activities will be highly preferred. The selected candidate will lead the company’s marketing initiatives, manage branding campaigns, coordinate digital and offline promotions, supervise marketing teams, monitor lead generation strategies, and support overall business growth objectives. This role offers strong exposure to real estate development projects, customer engagement strategies, construction marketing operations, and strategic business expansion activities in a highly competitive infrastructure and real estate environment.

Position Overview
The Marketing Head will lead strategic marketing operations, branding activities, project promotions, and customer engagement initiatives for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
