The selected candidate will manage billing operations across infrastructure projects, prepare and verify project billing documentation, coordinate with project execution and commercial teams, maintain operational records and billing reports, monitor billing schedules and workflow timelines, support project costing and quantity verification activities, ensure adherence to contractual and operational procedures, participate in project review meetings, and maintain discipline within engineering billing systems. Candidates should possess strong understanding of infrastructure project billing operations and construction commercial workflows.
