Position Overview
The Senior Chemist – Quality Control will be responsible for performing analytical testing, maintaining laboratory documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory laboratory standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Operate instruments such as HPLC, GC, and UV spectrophotometers.
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and analytical reports.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and GLP laboratory practices.
- Perform method validation and analytical method verification.
- Investigate out-of-specification and laboratory deviations.
- Maintain calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments.
- Coordinate with QA and production departments.
- Support regulatory audits and laboratory inspections.
- Ensure accurate and reliable analytical results.
