Core Responsibilities
- Review batch manufacturing records using approved quality assurance checklists and controlled document files.
- Verify standard operating procedure binders against master copies stored in document control systems.
- Inspect laboratory logbooks, raw data sheets, and instrument usage registers during routine quality checks.
- Monitor chemical and physical testing records generated from laboratory instruments such as balances and stability chambers.
- Record audit observations in formal audit report templates for internal and external quality reviews.
- Track corrective and preventive action records within controlled quality assurance registers.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Good laboratory practice and good manufacturing practice guideline documents.
- Standard operating procedure authoring and revision control files.
- Audit checklists, quality manuals, and compliance tracking registers.
- Laboratory instruments including analytical balances and environmental chambers.
- Change control forms, risk assessment sheets, and validation summaries.
Experience Context
- Work exposure within regulated analytical laboratories handling routine and stability samples.
- Quality oversight across multiple testing batches generated within controlled laboratory environments.
- Interaction with inspection teams where documentation gaps can delay product release.
- Absence of this role leads to non compliant records and delayed regulatory acceptance.
