Core Responsibilities
- Visit retail outlets and distributor offices to present product samples using catalog booklets and approved price lists.
- Record daily sales visits and order details on printed order forms and digital customer records.
- Collect purchase orders and forward signed documents for billing and dispatch planning.
- Monitor stock availability by checking warehouse statements and distributor inventory sheets.
- Demonstrate product usage through sample kits during on site customer meetings.
- Submit daily sales reports, route plans, and market feedback notes in prescribed formats.

- Customer relationship management software for lead tracking and customer data storage.
- Microsoft Excel worksheets for sales summaries and distributor stock records.
