Core Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly territory sales plans using sales target sheets, doctor lists, and distributor sales reports.
- Conduct field visits to hospitals and clinics while using product visual aids, sample planners, and call reporting formats.
- Track secondary sales by reviewing distributor stock statements, invoice copies, and dispatch summaries.
- Maintain doctor coverage records through daily call reports, prescription tracking sheets, and tour programs.
- Review market movement by studying competitor price lists, brand availability notes, and retailer feedback registers.
- Submit weekly performance data using company reporting formats, sales dashboards, and review documents.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Sales reporting formats, daily call report systems, and monthly sales review documents.
- Product visual aids, brand detail literature, and sample allocation registers.
- Distributor stock ledgers, secondary sales statements, and billing records.
- Customer relationship management software and territory mapping tools.
- Pharmaceutical product catalogs and therapeutic classification guides.
Experience Context
- Work is carried out across assigned territories involving hospitals, clinics, stockists, and distributor offices.
- Daily exposure includes handling prescription volumes, distributor inventory levels, and market coverage routes.
- Absence of this role results in loss of prescription visibility, weak distributor stock control, and reduced market presence.
