Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare export sales proposals using customer inquiries, product specification sheets, and pricing formats.
  • Record overseas customer orders through enterprise resource planning systems and approved order forms.
  • Review export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions for dispatch readiness.
  • Track international customer accounts using sales registers, contract copies, and transaction summaries.
  • Analyze regional sales performance through market reports, country wise data sheets, and volume statements.
  • Support regulatory submissions by compiling product dossiers, compliance records, and export licenses.

Skills and Technical Exposure

  • Enterprise resource planning systems for international order management.
  • Export invoices, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
  • International trade compliance records and regulatory files.
  • Market analysis reports and regional sales data sheets.
