Core Responsibilities
- Prepare inhalation product samples using analytical balances, volumetric glassware, and controlled laboratory benches for laboratory testing.
- Operate HPLC systems, dissolution apparatus, and related laboratory instruments to generate test data for inhalation dosage forms.
- Record raw data, chromatograms, and observations in laboratory notebooks and controlled analytical worksheets.
- Perform cleaning of laboratory instruments, glassware, and workstations following approved laboratory cleaning records.
- Support analytical method development studies by handling reference standards, reagents, and sample containers.
- Store, label, and manage samples and chemicals as per approved laboratory inventory documents.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) systems and software.
- Analytical balances, pH meters, and dissolution test apparatus.
- Laboratory notebooks, analytical worksheets, and controlled formats.
- Handling of reference standards, reagents, and solvents.
- Basic exposure to inhalation dosage form testing methods.
Experience Context
- Work is carried out in a regulated pharmaceutical quality control laboratory environment.
- Daily involvement includes handling multiple analytical samples and laboratory instruments.
- Absence of this role would delay laboratory data generation and sample readiness.
