Position Overview
The QC Executive will be responsible for performing quality control testing, ensuring laboratory compliance, and supporting quality systems within pharmaceutical manufacturing operations including parenteral segments. The role requires strong technical knowledge of laboratory instruments, documentation practices, and regulatory compliance. The candidate should be capable of working in a compliance-driven environment and maintaining data integrity practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Operate laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and dissolution apparatus.
- Maintain analytical records and documentation as per GMP requirements.
- Ensure laboratory activities follow approved standard operating procedures.
- Support investigation activities related to OOS and deviations.
- Coordinate calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal quality standards.
- Prepare analytical reports and maintain testing records.
- Support internal and external audits related to quality control.
- Follow laboratory safety practices and maintain cleanliness standards.
