Core Responsibilities
- Prepare inhalation samples using analytical balances, spatulas, and controlled weighing booths.
- Perform dose uniformity testing with cascade impactors and aerosol performance assemblies.
- Record chromatographic results in laboratory notebooks and approved data sheets.
- Handle sample loading and retrieval from stability chambers under defined storage conditions.
- Clean glassware and inhalation accessories using validated laboratory cleaning logs.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- HPLC systems and chromatographic software.
- Analytical balances and environmental monitoring devices.
- Inhalation testing tools including NGI and ACI.
- Stability chambers and sample tracking formats.
- Laboratory notebooks and controlled SOP documents.
Experience Context
- Work takes place inside a regulated inhalation laboratory within an injectable pharmaceutical plant.
- Daily handling includes multiple inhalation samples and analytical test sets.
- Without this role, routine inhalation testing backlogs grow and data generation slows.
