Core Responsibilities
- Prepare international customer dossiers using product specification sheets, stability summaries, and regulatory support documents.
- Draft commercial quotations through ERP systems based on batch size, lead time, and approved pricing matrices.
- Maintain export order trackers covering purchase orders, shipment schedules, and invoice sets.
- Compile country-wise demand sheets using historical sales data and forecast templates.
- Review letters of credit, proforma invoices, and shipping instructions before dispatch.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- ERP sales modules and export documentation software.
- MS Excel for pricing models and volume forecasts.
- Commercial invoices, packing lists, and COO formats.
- Incoterms reference manuals and freight calculation sheets.
- Product master files and API specification documents.
Experience Context
- Work is performed in a corporate export office supporting API manufacturing plants.
- Daily handling of multi-country orders involving multiple metric-ton shipment volumes.
- Without this role, export documentation mismatches delay customs clearance and revenue cycles.
