- Draft commercial proposals and pitch presentations using approved product catalogues and pricing documents.
- Maintain client follow-up logs by updating CRM records after email and call interactions.
- Compile market research files using competitor product lists, country demand data, and pricing benchmarks.
- Create meeting minutes documents and circulate finalized records through official email systems.
- Track proposal submissions and follow-up schedules using shared calendars and tracking sheets.
