- Maintain employee personal files using physical folders and HR registers.
- Prepare offer letters and joining documents for new employees.
- Update attendance data captured through biometric systems.
- Compile payroll-related data in monthly salary sheets.
- Record statutory compliance details in HR documentation files.
- Track leave balances using approved leave registers.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- HRMS and biometric attendance systems.
- Employee master records and personnel files.
- Payroll input sheets and statutory formats.
- Appointment letters and HR templates.
- Microsoft Excel for HR data tracking.
Experience Context
- Work is carried out in an administrative office environment.
- Handles employee records for plant and support staff.
- Without this role, payroll and compliance records become incomplete.
