Core Responsibilities
- Maintain employee master data in HRMS files and physical personal dossiers stored at the plant administration office.
- Prepare monthly attendance sheets using biometric system reports and manual muster roll registers.
- Compile payroll input sheets and statutory deduction statements for submission to payroll software.
- Update leave records, shift rosters, and overtime sheets through approved HR formats.
- File statutory registers such as Form B, wage registers, and bonus records for factory inspections.
- Conduct shop floor rounds to record manpower deployment status on printed headcount sheets.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- HRMS platforms, biometric attendance systems, and payroll software.
- Statutory registers under Factories Act, Shops and Establishments Act, and labor laws.
- Manpower planning sheets, leave cards, and overtime approval formats.
- Employee personal file documentation and joining checklists.
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and document control folders.
Experience Context
- Work is based within an active pharmaceutical manufacturing plant with production shifts running daily.
- Manpower strength spans shop floor operators, technicians, and staff across multiple shifts.
- Missing attendance and statutory records can halt payroll release and delay regulatory inspections.
