Core Responsibilities
- Prepare recruitment trackers using spreadsheet software to log resumes, interview dates, and selection status.
- Post vacancy details on online job portals and download applicant data files for internal review.
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining forms using predefined document templates.
- Collect employee identity proofs, qualification records, and bank details into individual personnel files.
- Maintain attendance registers, leave records, and payroll inputs through HR management software.
- Record resignation letters, notice period logs, and handover checklists in exit documentation files.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- Online job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, and Apna.
- Applicant tracking spreadsheets and resume databases.
- HRMS platforms for attendance and employee record storage.
- Standard HR documents including offer letters, NDAs, and joining forms.
- Email clients for formal recruitment and employee correspondence.
Experience Context
- Work is carried out in a corporate office environment supporting multiple creative teams.
- The role handles simultaneous hiring cycles, onboarding files, and daily employee records.
- Without this role, resume flow tracking, employee documentation, and attendance records remain incomplete.
