Responsibilities include managing recruitment and workforce planning activities, overseeing employee engagement and performance management programs, ensuring adherence to HR compliance standards and company policies, maintaining employee records and HR documentation systems, coordinating onboarding and training activities, monitoring workforce performance and organizational effectiveness systems, participating in management review meetings and HR strategy discussions, supporting employee relations and conflict resolution activities, preparing HR reports and workforce analytics, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to human resource management systems.
