The selected candidate will be responsible for leading regional sales operations and managing institutional business activities within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing regional sales strategies and revenue growth plans, handling institutional customer relationships and key account management, coordinating with distributors and channel partners, monitoring sales targets and business performance indicators, managing sales reporting and commercial documentation systems, identifying market opportunities and business expansion areas, supervising sales teams and field operations, supporting customer engagement and negotiation activities, ensuring effective implementation of business development initiatives, participating in market analysis and strategic planning discussions, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to sales growth and market penetration. Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, and commercial management capabilities.
