Position Overview

The Group Leader R and D will lead research teams involved in biotechnology and pharmaceutical research while ensuring scientific accuracy, innovation, and regulatory compliance across development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead biotechnology research programs and laboratory development projects.
Supervise research scientists and laboratory personnel.
Design experimental studies and research methodologies.
