- Develop resource loading sheets based on drawings, quantities, and execution timelines.
- Track weekly progress against baseline schedules through planning software reports.
- Update look ahead programs reflecting material availability and site readiness.
- Maintain planning records including delay analysis statements and revision logs.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Project scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
- Construction quantity takeoff sheets and rate analysis documents.
- Baseline schedules and recovery program formats.
- Progress tracking dashboards and planning registers.
- Construction milestone charts and activity codes.
Experience Context
- Work environment includes corporate planning offices supporting multiple live sites.
- Projects range from mid scale housing blocks to large mixed use developments.
- Without this role, schedule slippages remain unidentified until critical delays occur.
