Core Responsibilities
- Prepare recruitment requisition files using approved manpower request forms and department head approvals.
- Screen candidate profiles through applicant tracking system records and documented skill criteria.
- Arrange interview schedules by issuing interview call sheets, evaluation formats, and attendance registers.
- Create onboarding files containing offer letters, joining reports, and statutory declaration forms.
- Update employee exit records using clearance checklists, exit interview notes, and separation letters.
- Record grievance details in written registers and maintain closure notes supported by documented evidence.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Applicant tracking systems used for candidate data storage and status tracking.
- Recruitment requisition documents and approval formats.
