Core Responsibilities
- Visit diagnostic laboratories and clinics to complete onboarding checklists, signed agreements, and location master forms.
- Record doctor and laboratory details using customer relationship management screens, verified identity documents, and approval trackers.
- Maintain partner files by updating rate cards, service coverage sheets, and turnaround time documents.
- Review vendor quotations and pricing sheets to prepare comparison statements for diagnostic service tie ups.
- Track service issues by logging complaint registers, visit reports, and closure notes for assigned partner locations.
- Update compliance folders containing service level documents, quality audit notes, and regulatory confirmations.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Customer relationship management software used for partner records and follow ups.
- Spreadsheet tools for rate comparison, partner mapping, and coverage analysis.
- Standard onboarding documents including agreements, consent forms, and identity proofs.
- Email based ticketing systems used for service issue logging and closure tracking.
- Quality audit checklists and service level agreement documents.

- Work is performed in corporate offices and field locations involving diagnostic centers, hospitals, and vendor offices.
