Core Responsibilities
- Create three dimensional building models using Autodesk Revit files for architectural and structural layouts.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings through AutoCAD sheets including plans sections elevations and schedules.
- Develop coordinated Revit models aligned with United States residential and commercial drawing sets.
- Apply United States building code references within model annotations and drawing documentation.
- Update clash free model elements based on revised architectural markups and consultant comments.
- Export drawing packages in PDF and DWG formats for client and consultant review cycles.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Autodesk Revit software for architectural and building information modeling.
- AutoCAD drafting tools for construction documentation preparation.
- United States construction drawing standards and code reference documents.
- Revit family libraries and template files.
- PDF markups and DWG drawing file management systems.
