Core Responsibilities
- Install electrical and mechanical equipment at customer sites using hand tools, mounting kits, and installation drawings.
- Inspect control panels with multimeters, wiring diagrams, and terminal identification charts.
- Repair actuator assemblies using spare parts lists, torque tools, and service manuals.
- Conduct site inspections through checklist forms, visual checks, and recorded measurements.
- Maintain service records using job cards, maintenance logs, and customer sign off sheets.
- Prepare spare material requests through inventory forms and consumption registers.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Valve actuators, electrical drives, and field mounted control units.
- Multimeters, insulation testers, and calibration gauges.
- Electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Preventive maintenance checklists and inspection documents.
- Spare part catalogs, service reports, and asset records.

- Work is performed at customer plant locations and industrial installation sites.
