Core Responsibilities
- Operate capsule filling machines on the production floor using approved machine setting sheets.
- Load empty capsules, blends, and tooling parts into capsule filling equipment before batch start.
- Perform line clearance by physically removing previous batch materials and documents from the area.
- Monitor capsule weight, locking integrity, and output using in line check weigher readings.
- Clean capsule filling machines, hoppers, and contact parts using validated cleaning checklists.
- Record batch details, machine parameters, and yield data in batch manufacturing records.
