Core Responsibilities
- Measure raw materials and additives using weighing balances before charging formulation vessels.
- Charge liquids and powders into mixing tanks through controlled feeding systems.
- Run mixers, blenders, mills, and granulators to convert formulations into finished batches.
- Observe temperature, mixing time, and equipment readings on batch control sheets.
- Transfer finished material into designated containers using pumps and discharge valves.
- Record batch quantities, equipment usage, and material movement in production logbooks.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Liquid and powder formulation equipment used in agrochemical manufacturing.
- Mixing, blending, milling, and granulation machinery.
- Batch manufacturing records and production logbooks.
- GMP documentation related to formulation units.
- Material handling tools and batch transfer systems.
- Safety checklists and equipment inspection documents.
