- Verify tiling patterns, joint spacing, and skirting levels with measuring tools.
- Supervise paint surface readiness through putty and primer inspection records.
- Cross-check carpentry fixing using installation drawings and hardware schedules.
- Maintain area-wise completion logs and handover documentation.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- Finishing drawings and specification manuals.
- Measuring tapes, alignment tools, inspection gauges.
- Material approval submittals and snag registers.
- Paint systems, woodwork fittings, tile systems.
- Site progress and inspection formats.
