Core Responsibilities
- Measure on-site quantities using drawings, measurement books, and survey records for billing preparation.
- Prepare running account bills by compiling site measurement sheets and approved BOQ documents.
- Verify subcontractor bills against joint measurement records and sanctioned work orders.
- Maintain material reconciliation statements using consumption registers and issue slips.
- Generate cost comparison statements through spreadsheets based on actual site quantities.
- File certified bills, abstracts, and supporting documents for internal record systems.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- AutoCAD drawings and quantity take-off sheets.
- Measurement books, BOQ documents, and billing abstracts.
- Microsoft Excel cost sheets and rate analysis formats.
- Contract agreements, work orders, and amendment notes.
- Site survey records and material consumption registers.
Experience Context
- Work takes place at active infrastructure construction sites handling large volume civil quantities.
- Daily scale includes multiple subcontract packages and continuous billing cycles.
- Without this role, financial tracking and contractor payments would stall.
