Core Responsibilities
- Set out column grid lines on prepared foundations using measuring tapes and site drawings.
- Inspect anchor bolt positions against approved erection layouts before steel placement.
- Supervise lifting of steel members using cranes and certified lifting tackles.
- Check bolt tightening on erected structures with calibrated torque wrenches.
- Record daily erection progress in site progress registers.
- Verify alignment and plumb of erected frames using spirit levels.
