Core Responsibilities
- Prepare recruitment trackers using spreadsheet systems and update candidate status against approved manpower plans.
- Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining checklists through documented HR templates.
- Maintain employee files by recording attendance data, leave registers, and personal documentation.
- Process monthly payroll sheets using payroll software, salary structures, and statutory deduction files.
- Compile compliance records including PF, ESIC, labor license registers, and inspection reports.
- Record appraisal data and performance review notes into appraisal formats and employee databases.
Skills & Technical Exposure
- HRMS platforms, payroll software, and attendance management systems.
- PF, ESIC, bonus, and labor law compliance documentation.
- Recruitment trackers, interview evaluation sheets, and onboarding checklists.
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and employee master databases.
- Performance appraisal forms and policy manuals.
Experience Context
- Work is carried out from a corporate office supporting EPC and project site teams.
- Employee strength spans site engineers, technicians, and project support staff across locations.
- Without this role, statutory filings lapse, payroll cycles break, and manpower records fragment.
