- Review master construction schedules using printed Gantt charts and milestone trackers.
- Inspect site progress against approved drawings and measurement books.
- Record contractor quantities in site measurement sheets.
- Verify material consumption using delivery challans and stock registers.
- Maintain project files containing approvals, revisions, and reports.
