Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and review project drawings, schedules, or records specific to the project management department using approved formats.
- Handle site or office based documentation such as measurement sheets, design files, or technical registers related to project manager work.
- Use department specific software, drawings, or instruments to generate technically usable deliverables.
- Maintain physical and digital records including calculations, reports, or logs required for statutory and client reference.
- Verify field data, drawings, or measurements against approved technical documents.
Skills and Technical Exposure
- Use of discipline specific design software and drawing tools.
- Handling of technical drawings, specifications, and calculation sheets.
- Application of engineering standards, codes, and reference manuals.
- Working knowledge of measurement books, reports, and approval documents.
- Use of office systems for document storage and version control.
Experience Context
- Role operates within active project sites or technical offices handling live engineering data.
- Work scale includes multiple drawings, reports, or site records generated on a recurring basis.
- Absence of this role results in incomplete technical records and delayed engineering deliverables.
