Sumadhura Group is hiring senior professionals for the role of DGM Contracts for its construction and infrastructure operations in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This full-time opportunity is suitable for candidates with 15 to 20 years of experience in contract management, commercial operations, project administration, vendor management, procurement coordination, contract negotiation, risk management, construction project execution, compliance monitoring, and infrastructure project management.

The selected candidate will support contract management leadership activities related to construction and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include managing contract administration processes, reviewing and negotiating project agreements, coordinating with project teams and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and compliance requirements, maintaining commercial documentation and project records, supporting procurement and vendor management activities, participating in management review meetings and commercial discussions, monitoring project risks and contractual performance indicators, assisting in dispute resolution and contract optimization activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to commercial excellence and project governance.
