Roles & Responsibilities
APCO Infratech is hiring senior professionals for the role of Senior Manager Planning for its construction and infrastructure project operations in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. This full-time opportunity is suitable for candidates with 10 to 15 years of experience in project planning, construction scheduling, project controls, resource planning, infrastructure management, progress monitoring, stakeholder coordination, project reporting, contract planning, and large-scale project execution activities.
The selected candidate will support planning leadership activities related to infrastructure and construction projects. Responsibilities include preparing and managing project schedules, monitoring project milestones and deliverables, coordinating with project managers and execution teams, maintaining planning documentation and project records, supporting resource allocation and project control functions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and planning objectives, participating in management review meetings and planning discussions, monitoring performance indicators and reporting systems, assisting in risk assessment and mitigation planning, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to planning efficiency and project delivery excellence.
