Shilpa Medicare is hiring professionals for the role of Safety Officer for its pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in Jadcherla, Telangana, India. This full-time opportunity is suitable for candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience in industrial safety management, EHS compliance, risk assessment, safety audits, incident investigation, workplace safety programs, documentation management, regulatory compliance, safety training, and pharmaceutical facility operations.
The selected candidate will support safety management activities related to pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include implementing workplace safety procedures, conducting safety inspections and risk assessments, maintaining safety documentation and compliance records, ensuring adherence to statutory and company safety requirements, coordinating with production and engineering teams, supporting safety awareness and training programs, monitoring workplace safety performance indicators, participating in safety review meetings and compliance discussions, assisting in incident investigations and corrective action implementation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to occupational health and safety excellence.
