Hetero is hiring professionals for the role of Process Executive R&D for its pharmaceutical research and development operations in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This full-time opportunity is suitable for candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in process development, research activities, technology transfer, process optimization, laboratory operations, documentation management, scale-up studies, compliance monitoring, pharmaceutical development systems, and technical project support activities.
The selected candidate will support research and development activities related to pharmaceutical process development operations. Responsibilities include conducting process development studies and technical evaluations, maintaining research documentation and project records, supporting technology transfer and scale-up initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance requirements, coordinating with analytical and manufacturing teams, monitoring development workflows and research systems, participating in technical review meetings and project discussions, assisting in investigations and corrective action implementation, supporting process optimization activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to pharmaceutical innovation and development systems.
