Kalpa Power is hiring experienced professionals for the role of Design Manager Civil for its engineering and infrastructure design operations in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This full-time opportunity is suitable for candidates with 10 to 15 years of experience in civil design engineering, infrastructure planning, structural coordination, project design management, technical documentation, engineering standards, design review, multidisciplinary project execution, stakeholder coordination, and engineering project management activities.
The selected candidate will support civil design management activities related to engineering and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include leading civil design teams, reviewing engineering drawings and technical documents, coordinating with project stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project specifications, maintaining design documentation and project records, supporting project planning and execution activities, monitoring design schedules and deliverables, participating in technical review meetings and project discussions, assisting in issue resolution and engineering decision-making, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering design excellence and project delivery.
