Aarvi Encon Limited is hiring professionals for the role of Safety Engineer for its engineering and industrial safety operations in Mangalore, Karnataka, India. This full-time opportunity is suitable for candidates with 5 to 13 years of experience in industrial safety management, risk assessment, safety audits, compliance monitoring, HSE systems, incident investigation, workplace safety programs, training coordination, documentation management, and engineering project safety operations.
The selected candidate will support safety management activities related to engineering and industrial operations. Responsibilities include implementing safety procedures and compliance programs, conducting risk assessments and safety inspections, maintaining safety documentation and operational records, ensuring adherence to statutory safety requirements and organizational policies, coordinating with project and operational teams, supporting safety training and awareness programs, participating in safety review meetings and compliance discussions, assisting in incident investigations and corrective action implementation, monitoring workplace safety performance indicators, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to occupational health and safety excellence.
