Medreich Limited is hiring senior professionals for the role of Team Lead R&D for its pharmaceutical research and development operations in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This full-time opportunity is suitable for candidates with 10 to 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical research, formulation development, product development, analytical studies, technology transfer, project leadership, innovation management, laboratory operations, compliance systems, and research project management.
The selected candidate will support research and development leadership activities related to pharmaceutical product development operations. Responsibilities include leading R&D projects and development programs, coordinating formulation and analytical development activities, managing technical teams and project timelines, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory requirements, maintaining development documentation and research records, supporting technology transfer and scale-up initiatives, participating in management review meetings and technical discussions, monitoring research performance and innovation objectives, assisting in issue resolution and project execution activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to pharmaceutical innovation and product development systems.
