This full-time opportunity is suitable for candidates with 8 to 12 years of experience in production management, process operations, manufacturing supervision, workforce coordination, production planning, process optimization, compliance monitoring, documentation management, plant operations, and industrial manufacturing systems.
The selected candidate will support production management activities related to chemical manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include supervising daily production activities, monitoring process performance and operational efficiency, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures, maintaining production records and documentation, supporting manpower planning and workflow management, participating in production review meetings and operational discussions, assisting in troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives, monitoring resource utilization and manufacturing systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity and operational excellence.
