Packing Operator

Alrite Group is hiring professionals for the role of Packing Operator for its pharmaceutical manufacturing operations located in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, India. This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in packing operations, pharmaceutical manufacturing workflows, machine handling activities, batch documentation systems, GMP compliance workflows, reporting systems, and regulated pharmaceutical environments.

The selected candidate will support packing and production coordination activities associated with pharmaceutical manufacturing systems and operational workflows. Responsibilities include operating packing machines and production equipment, maintaining batch records and technical documentation, coordinating with production and QA teams for operational support activities, monitoring packing workflows and machine operations, ensuring adherence to GMP procedures and quality standards, preparing operational reports and production documentation, assisting in troubleshooting and packing coordination workflows, participating in audit review and compliance activities, supporting production management systems, and maintaining continuous improvement of packing operations and manufacturing efficiency.
