This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates with 5 to 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management, lifecycle management, cross-functional coordination, project execution, operational planning, regulatory coordination, documentation systems, process improvement, manufacturing project workflows, and pharmaceutical operations management.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end pharmaceutical project lifecycle activities while ensuring smooth coordination between various departments and operational teams. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring project execution schedules, coordinating with manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, engineering, and warehouse departments, maintaining project documentation and operational reports, monitoring project timelines and deliverables, supporting risk assessment and mitigation planning, ensuring adherence to GMP and regulatory compliance procedures, participating in project review meetings and stakeholder discussions, handling resource coordination and operational workflow management, supporting implementation of process improvement initiatives, tracking project performance indicators, and contributing to continuous improvement activities related to project efficiency and pharmaceutical operations. Candidates should possess strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
This role provides excellent exposure to pharmaceutical project lifecycle systems, cross-functional operational management, GMP-compliant manufacturing coordination, project execution frameworks, process optimization activities, and strategic project planning environments within a reputed pharmaceutical organization.
