Eco PEB is hiring experienced professionals for the role of Project Head for its pre-engineered building projects based in Faridabad, Haryana, India. This full-time opportunity is suitable for candidates with 10 to 15 years of experience in project management, PEB industry operations, construction execution, project coordination, industrial building projects, planning and scheduling, resource management, project budgeting, site operations, contractor coordination, and infrastructure development activities. Experience in the PEB industry is mandatory for this leadership role.
The selected candidate will lead end-to-end execution and management of pre-engineered building projects while ensuring project timelines, quality standards, safety compliance, and commercial objectives are achieved. Responsibilities include supervising project planning and execution activities, coordinating with design, procurement, site execution, and client teams, monitoring project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, managing contractor and vendor coordination, reviewing project progress and resource allocation, preparing project reports and operational MIS, supporting technical problem-solving and execution planning, maintaining client communication and stakeholder management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for efficient project delivery. Candidates should possess strong leadership abilities and hands-on exposure to industrial and infrastructure project management within the PEB sector.
