Position Overview

The Utility Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining utility systems to ensure uninterrupted supply of essential services required for plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor boilers, cooling towers, compressors, and other utility systems.
Maintain required utility parameters such as pressure, temperature, and flow rates.
Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of utility equipment.
Ensure uninterrupted supply of steam, air, water, and other utilities to plant operations.
Maintain operational logs and shift reports accurately.
Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and report abnormalities.
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
Support plant shutdown and startup activities.
Monitor energy consumption and assist in optimizing utility usage.
Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth plant functioning.
